In order to complete the conference process, we would like to remind you of some information:
- Please update your Zoom application to the newest version (if you do not update, you cannot use the "Breakout Room" feature and get access to each session of the conference)
For Mac OS: open your application, click on "zoom.us" on the menu bar, then choose "Check for Updates"
For Windows: open your application, click your profile picture then click "Check for Updates".
If you do not know how to use Zoom, read this.
- The maximum number of participants is 300, therefore please join in as soon as possible. In the meeting, please turn off your microphone and raise your hand when you have a question. You can share screen your slides when you present, in case of having any problems, we will share it for you. Read this if you do not know how to change the virtual background.
